We heard about God’s mighty deeds, now we have seen them, in the city of the LORD, the invincible Warrior, in the city of our God. God makes it permanently secure. Psalms 48:8

Preparation for healing power of Jesus to flow

This message has been prepared for the healing power of God to flow in your body.

Matthew 3:3 For he is the one about whom Isaiah the prophet had spoken: “The voice of one shouting in the wilderness, ‘Prepare the way for the Lord, make his paths straight.’”

One of the ways that is shown for the preparation of Jesus' entry into one's life is by 'making the paths straight'. Or that would mean to make straight those ways which He might walk through.

One factor about Jesus is that, He walks through a path and definitely you can be able to follow Him as according to John 14:6.

John 14:7 "If you have known me, you will know my Father too. And from now on you do know him and have seen him."

Jesus says about His Father and by saying that, He tells that we need the Father too, for the ministry of Jesus to be effective. Hence we see here that Jesus relates Himself to His Father. I believe the Holy Spirit, the third member of the Trinity, has to come from the Father in order to perform His will for men.

John 14:15-16 “If you love me, you will obey my commandments. Then I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate to be with you forever"

Obeying the commandments of Jesus is an essential part in order to receive the ministry of the Holy Spirit in one's life. The Advocate spoken of here is the Holy Spirit. He is the Person who communicates to God the Father about your situations.

John 14:30 "I will not speak with you much longer, for the ruler of this world is coming. He has no power over me."

Jesus here speaks of Satan, the enemy of God. Jesus says that He and Satan cannot stay in one place. Satan is called the prince of the world, because whoever are having thier hearts and minds upon the world are not eligible to enjoy the presence of God in their lives. There is a long-enduring fight between God's foces and that of Satan's.is not yesterday's or today's fight, it is an age-old fight. Hence where Jesus is present, we are equipped with power to defeat Satan, the killer of the weak and innocent. This is known as spiritual warfare and we can give you more details if you pray effectively and keep in touch.

John 14:30-31 "I will not speak with you much longer, for the ruler of this world is coming. He has no power over me, but I am doing just what the Father commanded me, so that the world may know that I love the Father."

Jesus came to do the 'will of the Father'. Jesus does not want to stay without the will of the Father. Jesus did not want to delay the coming of the Holy Spirit, who was planned to help mankind after the ministry of Jesus on earth by God the Father.

John 15:4 "Remain in me, and I will remain in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me."

Jesus likes to have company with you and to have fellowship. In His presence you will find ther is no lack of knowledge. Jesus was very young when He was even able to speak to scholars and give them His valuable suggestions. You may receive favours in His presence, but when you love Him, you find His presence as very fulfilling experience. If you have felt an immense pleasure of being in the side of Jesus, even when you cannot see Him through your eyes?

Please let us know you experience. We would like to celebrate the joy you had in His presence. When you spend time with His words, the Bible, you may be able to enjoy His presence when you begin to undergo difficult situations. Remember, the presence of Jesus is costly, and hence He may choose His own time to visit you. in order to continue to have a partnership with you, you have to choose a ministry of fellowship or a church and to enable to live a life with His people. Enjoy your walk with Jesus!

You may ask what is that one has to do to be able to receive Jesus? When you are living in this world, there are times you need Jesus to confront the enemy, Satan. When you are confident of Jesus, there are many chances that you can defeat the devil by resisting him. Jesus has come to the world to prepare people for a life in Heaven. Hence you may exploit your resources fully in  living a life which is pleasing to Jesus.

Oh what if I am a very sinful? What is that I can do?

If you say you are sinful, then Jesus Himself says that He is a doctor of repentance. In Matthew 9:13, He says that He came to minister to people who were 'sick'. Actually the meaning of sickness mentioned here is sin only. Sin makes a man self-centered and not opened to the fruits of living a happy and joyful life. Sin makes a man feel more or less like a luggage. There will be gloom and stagnation, where there are all chances for the sadness of the earth to creep in. The ministry of Jesus is for leading sinners to repentance. Jesus has defeated sin and He did that to free you from that!

I am not able to control myself, it is like it is too powerful for me!

Sin has hiding as its greatest tactic. If you are hiding something, then there is chances for darkness to enter through secrecy. If you give entry to darkness, then it is time you need Jesus to deliver you from it. The process of delivering oneself from sin is called repentance. Your mouth is the way out of your trouble. Like how people lodge a complaint in the Police Department in case of theft or robbery, it is wise to give complaint to Jesus. Jesus would send someone of His choice, to minister to you His words and compassion to deliver you. Your source of deliverance is through a person. Accept that person and make your friend. Pray that you are able to effectively fight against loneliness, which is the root cause of all sin. When you are too far away from like-minded people, even midst of being in a crowd, you are lonely! If you cannot fall in sin while you are lonely, great is your strength when you have to face temptations!

And for the continual oppression from sin, there are stages in which you must go through for complete deliverance. You have to have a trusted man of God as your mentor. You need to pray to God to keep you strong against your enemies. People may give wrong advise sometimes, that might lead you to more trouble and spoil your future. You must not rely on men for deliverance, but on God. God choose people to give you deliverance. Man is weak by birth. With little strength to fight against sin, one is little capable to help others. The process of overcoming sin is through a step-by-step process called renewing the mind.
I am designing some prayers for deliverance from sin in an effective manner. Please pray for the work and you may contribute to this blog and help improve it. Let us know if you are willing.

Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this present world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may test and approve what is the will of God – what is good and well-pleasing and perfect.

The words 'present world' means many things that are in the world today. There is junk in every area of the world in which there are lot in media and in fashion departments. The words 'present world' means many things that are in the world today. There is junk in every area of the world including the media and in fashion departments. There is also junk in the hearts and minds of people. People are sometimes stubborn to old things, that they become an offense for new things to occur. Jesus loved to speak to the wise in the temple. Even when He was young, He was so scholarly that He could put them to astonishment.

Hence the process of overcoming sin is through a few steps.
1. Continually be ready to be in the company of good believers. Buy a good Bible which is available in different versions according to your choice and comfort.
2. Go to a church and speak to the preacher. Have some friends and engage in some church activity. Be active in helpig the poor and the needy. When they bless your life may be radically transformed.
3. Have a good location for reading the Bible. Let there be a good atmosphere to keep your mind relaxed. Keep away other articles away which may dirvert your attention.
4. Read your favourite scriptures first.
5. Slowly proceed to complicated verses. Complicated verses will automaticlly come to you, if you keep the simpler ones in your reach. God reveals through the Holy Spirit, and not thorugh by mechanical means.
6. Speak to Jesus as like how you invite a friend. Actually, He is your Brother!
7. Get the Spirit of God to move in your heart. The Holy Spirit settles in you, and He takes charge of informing your status now and then to God in Heaven.
8. Offer your time for the above process to happen. Give enough time for the Holy Spirit to work thorugh your mind, to make it clutter-free and remove other errors.

If you 'train' your mind this way, you will surely one day be strong enough to speak to the devil, "Hey, get out man! What is your business here?". The process goes until you reach a point where you will never have a doubt you have beaten your devil. Be aware! Do not be reckless and care-free.
Concentrate on the steps below.

1. Get a suitable person to study the Bible with.
2. Ask some people to regularly pray for you. If possible, find one person for each problem you have.
3. Speak boldly concerning your testimony in your church.
4. Read the lives and the success stories of those who have overcome similar problems.
5. Never be afraid. Fear is like a small stone which Satan throws in, in order to check if there is 'any room for him'. If you are smart enough, you can take the stone and throw back at him!

Scriptures for the Soul

These are some scriptures that find for you comfort in your soul. Jesus healed the souls that longed for it through His comforting words. These words are spoken for the same purpose through Jesus.

Psalms 16
10 For you will not leave my soul in hell; neither will you suffer your Holy One to see corruption. Have you seen people with various torments? They lack Christ.
11 You will show me the path of life: in your presence is fullness of joy; at your right hand there are pleasures for ever more. Christ leads people to grasslands to rest and feed (John 10:9).

Psalms 23
3 He restores my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Jesus will lead you for His name sake. His name has got power.
4 Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for you are with me; your rod and your staff they comfort me. Do you confront evil everyday. Are there people perishing around you? Is there gloom and darkness prevailing over your life? The knowledge of the word of God is the key.
5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies: you anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.

Psalms 24
4 He that has clean hands, and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul to vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. Do not consider other deities or idols.

Psalms 25
13 His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth.
20 O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in you.

Psalms 26
9 Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:

Psalms 30
3 O LORD, you have brought up my soul from the grave: you have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. Ignorance is destruction. Knowledge of word of God gives life.

Psalms 31
7 I will be glad and rejoice in your mercy: for you have considered my trouble; you have known my soul in adversities;
9 Have mercy on me, O LORD, for I am in trouble: my eye is consumed with grief, yes, my soul and my belly.

Psalms 33
19 To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. When others are deprived, you can still be happy.
20 Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.

Psalms 34
22 The LORD redeems the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.

Psalms 35
4 Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt.
7 For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit, which without cause they have dig for my soul.
12 They reward me evil for good, to the bereaving of my soul.
17 Lord, how long will you look on? Rescue my soul from their destruction, my precious life from the lions.

All souls are subject to Jesus. Jesus is the ruler of souls. No more torment in your life. Your life is gaurded by the peace and love of Jesus. You are livinf to enjoy His divine love and favour all the days of your life.

Let the name of Jesus be glorified!

Who is Jesus ? Part 1

For the sake of new visitors and also those who would like to know Christ and the benefits through Him, this article can be useful. The aim of this article is to discuss of the achievements of Jesus on the cross.
Jesus was the son of a carpenter, Joseph and his wife Mary. Jesus was born in a simple family, which belonging to the Jewish community in the country which is now called Israel. Many of you would have heard about Jesus being born in a stable when you were in childhood and may have not known the reason why.The birth and related reasons for the birth of Jesus are to be discussed later in this topic.
Joseph was Jesus' earthly father. Jesus was not created in the earth, but was sent from Heaven to human parents. The reasons for the purpose of birth of Jesus is to 'wash away sins', is what most people say. Jesus came not only to 'wash sins', but also to offer many things to the people. The list of the things Jesus came to the earth to accomplish is given in the Bible in a book known as Isaiah. According to Isaiah 61:1, "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is on me; because the LORD has anointed me to preach good tidings to the meek; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;"
The entire list is given in verses 1-7 in the same chapter. These verses denotes Jesus and His ministry on earth. The main aspects which can be easily understood can be listed out as below:

  • to preach good tidings to the meek.
  • to bind up the brokenhearted.
  • proclaim liberty to the captives.
  • opening of the prison to those in captivity.

Now these seem to be a bit literary in representation, which actually gives a clear picture of the job of Jesus on earth. We can simplify it to make it more gettable for our understanding. Those are added in the forth coming paragraphs.

As for the personality of Jesus, the following aspects cannot be separated from His Self:

  1. Ability to preach good news.
  2. Getting the broken-hearted to be 'joined-up' or to bind them together.
  3. Set free those who have been in captivity.
  4. Liberate people from chains of bondage.

How can the above points concerning Jesus apply in our daily life? The purpose of Jesus' ministry are clearly explained.

I To preach good tidings to the meek.

The word 'gospel' means good news. There is good news for everybody which as a reader have found out. There are many people who preach the gospel in recent times, but very few are telling the entire benefits which they get by receiving the gospel in their lives. The Bible is 'good news', and every time you read it, God keeps a portion of the good things in life, for the purpose of His will be fulfilled.

You may say Jesus has done this for Christians only! Jesus came first and after that followed Christianity. Hence Jesus is bigger that Christianity, always! Jesus did not Himself term His teaching or the gospel either as 'Christianity' or a religion because of His teachings. Do not worry whether you are a Christian or not. The point is you can become one at any time you want. The time when He Himself acknowledges you to be one is called 'salvation'.

Should I have to become a Christian to receive the gospel? Jesus gave the gospel and went away to be in Heaven. He did not start a church to give lectures and sermons, start a religious movement or an organization, etc. He believed and acted upon setting people free. The Gospel itself cannot bind you or put into captivity. Jesus gave the Gospel and went away after that to be with His Father. The Giver or the Gospel did very little for the spreading of the same throughout the world, when it comes to direct physical efforts. Jesus did not go to every part of the world, with banners and speakers, telling people to listen and accept the Gospel.

II Getting the broken-hearted to be 'joined-up' or to bind them together.
Jesus healed mankind from all sickness and fears. The list is growing everyday, as the world progresses, but the cure remains the same. It is like viruses are improved everyday, so are the anti-virus software, to fight against them when it comes to computing. Jesus did not come to heal only, but to deliver them from fear. Fear is actually an emotional invitation to something unwanted. You need not be afraid for anything in the world. Fear of the LORD is enough, for every believer according to the Bible. If that is there, no other fear need to torment you. Jesus was God-conscious when He was in the world. He even prayed sometimes with others.

III Set free those who have been in captivity.
Have you seen people living in various kinds of bondages? Everything which does not allow you operate freely in Christ is bondage. Jesus did not have any bondages, nor did He asked you to love anything more in this world. I have a personal opinion of Jesus. Jesus only did what He Himself had to do in the world, and He went off on completing those tasks. I always had a thought, "Why could not Jesus stayed until He was ninety or hundred, make some big churches, go to different parts of the world, print the Bible in different languages, etc." He could have done that if He wanted to do that. He gave those jobs to His trusted fellowmen, the disciples. Jesus spend considerable time with His disciples. They ate together, went together to preach, heal the sick , cast out demons, etc. They even sailed together! How nice it would be to learn under a Master like Jesus! Hence we need not be bound by anything in this world.

IV Liberate people from chains of bondage.
The term 'prison' meant here doesn't mean physical prison. That means all jails would have been emptied after the resurrection of Jesus (resurrection is actually the process of bringing dead person to life). Like as I said above, anything that puts you in bondage is a prison. You need to break free from it. Is your boss instigating you against your wishes? Is control forces operating in any place order to receive anything from you which is against legality or lawfulness? Is sinful habits persist in you and not leaving you free? All these are symptoms of bondage.

You may ask, "Well if Jesus came to give away nice things, why had He to die for it?" This is a very good question. I once read a book in which the author said something like, "Did any other god or human die in order to achieve something for mankind?" I still cannot get a suitable reason or an answer against this claim, even when I think of it again and again. This has been accomplished by atonement (paying for misdeeds) of Christ, as this statement is true! Why did Jesus die to give away good things? Keep thinking, and I believe your prayers will be answered!

This post is to be expounded in the future as and per requirements. If you have any suggestions or questions you may e-mail me! The blog group-members advise you to be directed by a spiritual consort like a Pastor, Evangelist, etc. for proper and channelized progress. Becoming a member of a local church is utmost important.

Kingdom Scriptures

Matthew 7:12 Therefore all things whatever you would that men should do to you, do you even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Matthew 16:18-19 And I say also to you, That you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give to you the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Matthew 22:37-39 Jesus said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like to it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

Luke 16:16 WEB The law and the prophets were until John. From that time the Good News of the Kingdom of God is preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it.

Mark 10:21 Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said to him, One thing you lack: go your way, sell whatever you have, and give to the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.

Luke 10:19 Behold, I give to you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

John 6:27 Labor not for the meat which perishes, but for that meat which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give to you: for him has God the Father sealed.
John 10:28 And I give to them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
John 13:34 A new commandment I give to you, That you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you: not as the world gives, give I to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Who is Jesus ? Part 3

Matthew 10:8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely you have received, freely give.

We have been discussing on the benefits of the Gospel, as a 'package'. We can proceed in order to see much more deeply, the effects of becoming believers of Christ.
The terms which are popularly given to the elements of the above package are healing ministry, deliverance ministry and others. The acheivement of what had been done on the cross, gets us to receive the same 'package' as all have been provided with, and based upon situations and others, we can keep doing the same kind of activity.

What is healing ministry?
Jesus spend His days majorly among people, healing the sick and providing them comfort through His words. He spoke about the coming of the Kingdom of God to them. Jesus was able to give two kinds of healing to suffering people: Physical healing and spiritual healing.

What is physical healing?
Jesus went about in the worship places of His country, and He sought to establish the Kingdom of God through His ministry of healing. Jesus healed many people of their afflictions. There were several dieases in those days and they had tormented people to a considerable level.

Matthew 4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

Jesus had healed people who were afflicted by 'all manner of sicknesses' and 'all manner of diseases'. Jesus had power over all the diseases which the people had at that time. He was a one-stop remedy for physical ailments.

Matthew 4:24 "...  and they brought to him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, ... and he healed them."

The word 'divers' means 'various kinds of'. People who had various diseaes were healed. Jesus had power over various kinds of diseases.

Matthew 9:35 "... and healing every sickness and every disease among the people."

As in the above verse, Jesus went about preaching in various places, and when they brought to him those who were afflicted by diseases, they were healed.

The disciples also went about teahing and healing people, just like Jesus.

Luke 9:6 And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where.

The disciples of Jesus were close associates of Jesus, and had witnessed majority of His actions. They were witnessing how the Kingdom of God was provided for the people to whom Jesus preached.

Now there is something known as spiritual healing.

What is physical healing?
People who had diseases were given the necessary relief from their afflictions. There were people belonging to other categories also, along with those who suffered physically. Jesus preached about the Kingdom of God and it's attributes giving the benefits to the people. This is popularly known as the Beatitudes spoken by Jesus on the mount. People who are new to Jesus must go through this in Matthew 5:3-12 in order to get a complete picture of how God's Kingdom will be on earth. These scriptures actually speak of the benefits
of the Kingdom of God in an emotional/spiritual perspective.

to be contd...

Who is Jesus? Part 2

The Jesus Christ Package!

Have you heard of the term 'packages'? There are some stores that sell packages like  gift-packages, combo-packs and others. Did you know that Jesus gave away a package to His believers?
When Jesus Christ was about to go (to Heaven), He gave a power-packed 'package' to His disciples for using for the welfare of human beings. Though it was given for the sake of all believers, but we can learn more of how it was used through the ministry of the disciples. What is that Package?

Matthew 10:7-8 And as you go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely you have received, freely give.

The 'Package' which Jesus Christ gave to every believer is this:

Heal the sick. II Cleanse the lepers. III Raise the dead. IV Cast out devils.

You may ask questions, out of which I give some which comes to my mind.
Can I heal, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead and cast out devils?
Yes, you can! When you become a believer, you will have this privilege. When you are saved, you get the package. When you put your hands on the sick, they will get healed!

What are these 'devils'? Are they ghosts? Ghost is not from the colloquial terminology of America, it is a Biblical term. But ghost and a devil are different. Devils are supernatural beings, which irritate humans. These being influence people to behave differently, even they are not acting. Have you noticed when your boss is sometimes calm and sometimes flying in a fit of rage? It may be difficult to assume the reason behind it. It does not always have to be a demon, but if he gets so in a rather unusual and irritating way, it is a demon. Moreover if he gets into that rage suddenly from a normal behaviour, there are more chances for it to be demonic. The most important thing is that your boss doesn't become a demon and hence do not get scared of him! Please do not act as if you saw a stray dog, and try to pick some stick, stone or others. When you see your boss in that way, it is simple to handle and believe you can 'kick that devil out'.

What, demons? Should I have to run away or should I fall down flat? Demons do not have a body, so they cannot chase your physical body. Secondly, they do not carry AK-47's or other sophisticated guns, so that you can lie down flat to evade the flying bullets. They simply are beings, whose nature is to irritate humans without disclosing their presence.

If my boss is getting influenced by a demon, then I think so...(?) Yes, you may be correct! When you see the world around you today, you may not be able to say what is natural and what is demonic. They are so alike! For time-being, do not confuse to as what are demons and others.

Well, we shall discuss how to enjoy the full privileges that has been given to us by Jesus!

Giving and taking from God

Here are some inspirational methods to receive grace from God. These are some ways in which we can expect God to move to fulfill our needs.
  1. Do not show to God, that you are needy. Your very spirit would make known to Him your need, in His presence. Instead develop an attitude of service towards Him. Well what is the spirit? That's your inner being.
  2. When you ask God to 'do' a thing or a favour, He would definitely ask you to 'do' a thing. You have to understand that God doesn't need your money. Does God need money to manage things in heaven? Hence it needs patience to know what God needs.
  3. Be ready to receive a request from a saint of God. A person who serves God consciously is a saint. Also try to fulfill the needs of that saint.
  4. Always be ready to learn something. God has many things with Him, which can enable you to live differently.
  5. Be generous in your spirit. When somebody asks for a favour, try to do couple to them.
  6. Never get dismayed because of the delay.
  7. Trust His word, the Bible. What you learn from the Bible (which is correct), is your advantage. Depending on others is good, but never expect to be spoon-fed all the time.
  8. There are seasons in which spiritual forces operate. If Bill Gates invites you to have lunch with him and gives you the choice of the place where to eat, will you take him to a mess? Likewise if his gate-keeper asks you to take to lunch, will you take him to Hotel Chola? Likewise if you happen to go to a powerful church, would you offer what you give to a mediocre church?
  9. Glorify God openly. God likes you to pray secretly, worship openly.
Scriptures: Matthew 6:5, Matthew 21:22, Romans 12:13, Matthew 5:41, Matthew 6:4

The Study of Proverbs PART 1

Proverbs 3:19 The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.

The earth was designed with wisdom of God. God used wisdom. That was given by the term 'founded'. When we speak of design, we speak of foundations. Here God has laid the foundation. Actually understanding has been the vital element in employing forces in order to accomplish actually, what has been proposed in the design. Wisdom proposes; understanding disposes. God used wisdom and employed understanding, to be put in short.

Proverbs 8:18 Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness.

Actually, God doesn't give away riches and money. He enables you to act in a way that you are put in a path which leads to riches. Hence this gives a clear idea of how God gives riches to a person. The interesting part is that, the terms durable riches and righteousness are included in the same verse. Another translation says 'durable' as 'long-lasting'. Well, God can give you away a rich man to help you, but how can He make you use it fully? I believe it should be wisdom that enables to do so. Righteousness in wealth? Could that mean not anybody eating away your labour? Could be! Hence it would be wise to consider converting your wealth into durable wealth through the righteousness of Jesus!

Proverbs 24:14 So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off.

When you find something to be wise, hold on to it - that's what this verse claims. Getting wisdom is not the point spoken of here, it is 'kmowledge of wisdom'. Hence it is good for your soul. There is a reward waiting to him that hears and his expectations are not refused.

Proverbs 24:17-18 Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth: Lest the LORD see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him.

If your enemy falls, you have to keep quiet. It is not on you part to give a lecture on righteousness and wisdom or say,"Did I not tell you before itself?", etc. Probably that fall can be an opportunity for the concerned person to understand himself and use it for making God's punishment not applicable for him. In other words, God may permit to leave people in some situations within the limits of their understanding and correcting possibilities.

Prov 25:28 He that has no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.

This refers to an evil spirit. Sometimes it can be attributed to anger. Hence these alien things allows security to crumble. It could have known to people the concept which Jesus spoke of demonic re-entry in Matthew 12: 43-45. Better rule the spirit and also control anger, as to keep the spiritual security tight! It could also apply to loose talking and others.

Proverbs 26:12 Seest thou a man wise in his own conceit? there is more hope of a fool than of him.

The translation of the WEB Bible is apt. It says about a person thinking himself to be wise. It is good to expect something wiser than that of ours. It is a safe way to keep stagnation away.

Proverbs 29:9 If a wise man contendeth with a foolish man, whether he rage or laugh, there is no rest.

If you fight with a fool, you'll loose your peace. You may laugh or get angry, but there is simply no peace!

Proverbs 30:32 If thou hast done foolishly in lifting up thyself, or if thou hast thought evil, lay thine hand upon thy mouth.

When you realise you have acted foolishly, the Bible advises you to 'keep quiet'.

Proverbs 31:30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.

Are you preferred among many, are you beautiful? It is better to fear the LORD, as according to the Bible.

Scriptures are taken from the KJV. If any of the above applies either directly or indirectly, and if you feel benefitted, you may share with us!

The Law of Stagnation

This is an interesting topic which is added to those who believe in this group.

Well, stagnation is something which leads someone into a state of complexity, when things do not go in their way, as they planned or as others have planned for them.

The ultimate motive of this topic is that: fight stagnation with the necessary tools like wisdom, word of God, etc.

This could be the breakthrough you waited for long enough!

If there is some way out in order to keep life going as a smooth and hinder-free one, that is what we aim for. The entire blog can be taken for in the same attitude for that matter. Getting the concept out is what matters most.

What will you do when you get high tension?

What will you do when your boss gets really angry on your face?

What happens if your children scream all day long, when you've decided to read a book for the day?

What happens when your wife hits on your head with a vessel?

I've listed some stagnation points for different people. You may add more, if you want.
The solution should be somewhere in the Bible. There are people who got stuck in the Bible, and some who got delivered. Some got stuck by themselves, while others got stuck by someone else. The ultimate goal is to set one free. We shall discuss about that.
This is one serious subject, I think, as we move forward in our day-to-day life. Moreover, one can share his/her experiences in order to deliver somebody else from getting stuck.

SOME GENERAL ASPECTS WHICH GETS PEOPLE TO BE 'STUCK':

FEAR Fear is one thing which brings considerable stagnation in one's life. People have lost
relationships, money, contracts, etc., due to unwanted fear. Some have fear for different things.

ANGER If some people get angry, the entire day for them gets off. They take some pills or do something to ease away their stress. There should be better ways through the Bible.

More to come later on.

This article will be revised from time to time. This needs tremendous prayer and active participation with respect to giving one's own life-experiences.

The study of Job

Well, we see that Job was a man who enjoyed much of God's security in the Old Testament period. I do not know when this happened, but we cannot include those of the New testament to come into these.

       Job was protected by God.
Job 1:10 Have not you made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he has on every side?

Satan says that God has 'made an hedge' for Job. By that he means security. If God ca make a hedge around anyone, it cannot be beaten by the devil.

Job 1:8 And the LORD said to Satan, Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that fears God, and eschews evil?

Job enjoyed the consideration of God. He was upright, hence was in good books of God. We see also that he feared God. The minimum of fear of God is atleast enough to give security towards critical issues in life, I believe. Job eschews (turns away from) evil. He fears God consciously and also he gets away from trouble. So, twin protection! He will not be affected by his iniquity, provided not get into that of others.  I've  heard of some who purchase others' iniquity.

Could the study of Job give us answers regarding 1. Security, 2. Prosperity & 3. Abundant grace?

Now that I have started this discussion, anybody interested can continue in this topic. Well, if it is interesting, we can launch into a full-fledged study! I want you readers to enter a prayer request in the form given, as to see whether we receive breakthroughs. This we expect as we have started a study of the Word of God!

3 Steps for a MIRACLE

We believe a miracle is a sudden move of God to produce His plan for your life!

Jesus gave 3 steps to receive anything miraculously. 3 Steps to receive a job done by miracle-working power of God. Miracle-working power of God is accessed by a 'formula' of Jesus.

The formula can be said as: the SPEAK - DEFEND - BELIEVE formula

There are 3 different actions asked by Jesus, to be done by believers. There are 3 different steps to conceive a miracle. The first one is an action of our mouth. The second is controlling our mouth. Obviously, how better a man can keep unbelief out of him than this method? Third is an act of faith for access of power.

We see that if we found a mountain blocking our way of progress, we need to SPEAK, DEFEND/ CONFESS and BELIEVE.

Mark 11:23
For truly I say to you, That whoever shall say to this mountain, Be you removed, and be you cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he said shall come to pass; he shall have whatever he said.

Step #1 "Be you removed..."
Speak to the problem. This step involves active usage of the mouth.
I BELIEVE GOD SHOULD GIVE A BURDEN IN TH HEART for fulfilling Step #1.

Step #2 "...and shall not doubt in his heart..."
This step involves passive usage of mouth. Do not open your mouth to speak negative things or of no value. Maintain the integrity of what is done in Step #1.
I BELIEVE  GOD SHOULD GIVE A TEACHING OR WORD OF KNOWLEDGE for maintaining and processing the burden.

Step #3 "...but shall believe that those things which he said shall come to pass..."
I BELIEVE GOD GIVES FAITH for the things in Step #1 to happen.

Do something for the Spirit of faith to act. Do an act of faith. Faith without works is dead according to Bible. An act can prove that you have faith. Hence the procedure is as discussed, SPEAK    - DEFEND/confess    - release FAITH.

I believe the duration for working of steps 2 & 3 differ from person to person [whether it is their first miracle, whether the power needed is enormous or small] and the step 3 is purely done through the ministry of the Holy Spirit in a man. If a person is not able to understand step #2 properly, probably it is better to remain silent. It is better to remain silent if he does not know what to speak. Surely Jesus must have had lot of faith, because He gave example to move a mountain. Obviously a mountain is big.  'The mountain' differs from person to person. It may be cancer for one person; financial problem for another, office problem for yet another, etc. Probably every man has his own mountain to move.

A way of deliverance

Are you looking for help that would be like lifting off the pressure from your shoulders? Is there no one who you feel they could not help you? Is there some times when you feel lonely and depressed? Are you anxious about your future?

My dear friend, there is no need to worry! There is a Person who you can rely on and depend on, at times when the pressure seems to take off above your head. Problems come to those who are worldly minded. In Mark 13:8, we see that this world is on a plane of increase in problems. The problems that you are seeing today are not only going to be there tomorrow, but there will be more problems, as according to the verse, "for nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows."

Thus we see that the problems are not going to cease. So when will you face relaxation? When is there is a hope of deliverance?

If that is your question, the answer is rather not in the world. The solution for the problems of this world are not earthly, but heavenly. have you seen a child which plays about with a toy or around some trees without any tension? You know very well that the child needs to be educated and have to go through procedures of learning in order to be self-dependent or needing no body's assistance. But let me ask a question. Will that child be able to learn for it's survival in one day or within a short span of time?

Well, you may not say that, but when you relate this to your problem, there are similarities. The child doesn't know, where as adults know - that's the only difference! Well, then what is the solution? If that child has to have a person to be able to teach, so that it acquires worldly knowledge and understanding, so do you, who live in this world.

We find that all created beings, including humans were created for the purpose of God. We find this truth in Genesis 1:31, that "... God saw every thing that He had made, and, behold, it was very good." When God created this world, He saw that it pleased Him. He felt His creation was 'good'. If that is the world that He created to be good to His sight, how could it have so much evil, worry and tension in the present day?

We have to accept that there are evil forces that are operating in one's life. Some times it goes way beyond human control that things happen not as expected or desired, thus making the consequences miserable and unworthy. Hence, the things of the world, which was pleasing in the sight of the Creator, if looks bad, then the cause is of something not of the world. This is plain reasoning! Yes, there is a kingdom which is there, in which plans against the well-being of mankind operating, which is supernatural and invisible to the eye. That kingdom is evil! Those agents that operate for evil plans and the motives are indeed not earthly and have come from another realm. The realm which operates unknown to the physical realm of humans, but controls them is called as the supernatural realm.

You may ask things such as, "How can I believe this?" or, "This is too spooky, I don't believe in ghosts", etc. You do not have to believe if it is not operating, but do you know that the one who does evil always likes to be hidden and not exposed. That's the clue. You have visited temples or worship places (if you believe in God), with the belief that there is a 'power' which controls human life and it must be respected in order to receive favour? Th same rule operated, but in a different perspective. If a power can operate for good and is responsible for favours to be granted, could there not be forces that operate which are not so desirable for mankind, but are opposing the well-being of humans.

These which are made known to you here are not to make you afraid, but to raise up an alarm for these last days. There is an urgent need for awareness with respect to the increasing evil and violence in the world. There must be someone who stands up against this and must be able to effectively combat and be able to deliver people from getting stuck!

Well, you may desire for such a thing to happen, isn't it? It is you, who have to stand up against these forces and give them a slap on their cheek to say it's not their right to affect mankind this way and it is not allowed. This blog is the right place where you have landed in order to do a series of changes to stop these forces from acting in our lives.

I recommend you to stay in touch with this group and pray. There is no weapon like prayer and there is an urgent need for prayer. With further correspondence and other related matters, we can help ourselves to grow effective against the rising terror in the nations. Let God Be With You!

A Prayer for Deliverance

Psalms 101       A Psalm of David

I will sing of mercy and judgment: to you, O LORD, will I sing.
2  I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when will you come to me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.
I will set no wicked thing before my eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not stick to me.
4  A fraudulent heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.
5  Whoever privately slanders his neighbor, him will I cut off: him that has an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.
6  My eyes shall be on the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walks in a perfect way, he shall serve me.
7  He that works deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that tells lies shall not tarry in my sight.
8  I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the LORD.

I recommend anybody seeking deliverance through our blog to go through the prayer which is stated in the Bible. It is written by a psalmist (one who writes psalms), who was in deep state of heart, which has obviously been brought out by this prayer. This has been given in the Bible, as a model to observe and to apply. May the Lord God of hosts deliver you!

Intercessory Prayers

Dear brother and sister,
We would like to intercede for you and pray to Lord Jesus that He might work for you! This post is meant for clarification concerning intercession only and people from any place on the earth may request for intercession to be made. For God to move in your life, I would request you to abide by the following, so that our intercession works effectively for you.

  1. We come together in the name of Jesus Christ.
  2. Believe that Iwe are your brothers in Christ. Our faith will have enough control over your situation if you go in line with our 'Group Policy'. Anything spiritual and godly has the power to overcome the world (1 John 5:4).
  3. We have a High Priest, Jesus Christ who pleads the Father on our behalf (Hebrews 4:15). Make the right confession to see the change!
  4. For God to make changes in your life, you have to make commitments towards God. If you cannot make commitment with God will it be possible for God to change things in your life? Make your decisions firm in God.
  5. Share your knowledge with others like a community. Jesus Christ was put shame on the cross so that we should not be put to shame (John 19:23). When you speak the truth to others, you allow God to perform miracles in their lives as a testimony for believers.

Pray this prayer. Say this aloud, wherever you are.

Father, we come into Your presence in the name of Jesus Christ. We know that Your Son has come to set the captives free. Moreover, Your Spirit is the source of deliverance we are looking for. Allow the Spirit to flow through us and claim us for Your glory. We would like to carry the cross of Jesus upon our shoulders and hence set forth upon us, a clear mark and distinction that we are set apart form the rest in the world. Guide us through all knowledge and wisdom. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Secrets of Faith: How to receive a Financial Harvest?

Faith is something spiritual, what you get from God as an exchange for what you are ready to give away for the glory of God.
You are expected to pay your God, His tithes. Tithes, is a religious term for a portion of one's own earnings. You can call it a religious duty. If it is your money, then tithe is something which God can claim from it, if you confess your LORD your God. Your job is only to return His belongings from your pocket. It is His money.
Jesus Christ spoke to the Jews to pay their taxes to their physical ruler - the Caesar, when they had an argument. Likewise, God is one's spiritual Ruler and He needs His portion of goods to keep Him aware your in the circle.
Periodic offering of tithe is the best way, I think, to pay God His dues. Why has it to be money? Money is respected by everyone. God expects man to give what an unbeliever respects, and He will give you what you want. An unbeliever by the way, is someone who has not accepted or not accepted Christ as the Saviour.
In short, faith is what God gives in the spiritual medium, for your giving in the natural medium.
Can paying tithes to God prove to be useful to beat every crisis in life? Yes! God can deliver you out of every crisis if you pay your tithes regularly. Do you want to know why? Have you seen people going to the doctors and get their ailments treated with the money they owe him? They go with an assurance that money can be exchanged for his professional duty. Unbelievers pay for their health. Believers can tithe for their health. As for believers, God understands the dutifulness of His people when they respect Him with their tithes.
Here is another way of understanding this concept. You can sacrifice to God what they (unbelievers) worship as a god. Naturally, when money earns their health to them, they can worship money, isn't it? The needs are many - health, household goods, transportation, education, residential space, etc., to people. How wonderful it would it be for a believer to give away all [religious] dues to one place itself!
Nowadays churches have their websites and online money-transfer methods. How easy would it be to pay off your tithes regularly though the internet? Money is god for unbelievers as we treated above. Say for example a common expense of an unbeliever. He has to pay Rs. 40  or so to spend time in leisure for around 2 and 1/2 hours in a cinema theatre. Where do you get your joy from? Have you got to move out of your seat to get it? Likewise, God can prove to be effective in delivering you only if you pay your tithes regularly.
If your wife is earning by stitching or making woollen garments for neighbourhood children, ask her according to what she earns. If your child is making money by blogging, internet and other stuff, ask to pay his/her tithes so that God can reward. If you rent a house for additional income, increase your tithes as per the additional income you receive.
The successful fact to bring a financial harvest is that, you have to receive more than what you have sowed or expected to harvest at the time of sowing. Harvest is more than what has been sowed. First you sow, then God shall decide upon the number of times He would multiply it. Satan is rapidly functioning these days and people are made beggars in no time. Have you seen rich people getting into some businesses and getting huge losses? That is the proof we can take that God also can make ordinary people into rich men in a similar fashion.
There are possibilities that a believer can inherit the sinners' property. Your duty is to sow, God's duty to multiply. But make sure you share with others, what you have received as a previous harvest. The ultimate purpose of any resource on earth is to satisfy the needs of human beings on earth!
